FAQs
When is arrival/departure?
Arrival is between 2-4pm EST on Monday, October 20th. Departure will be after lunch on Thursday, October 23rd.

How far is the location from the Toronto Pearson Airport?
The retreat centre is about 2 hours from the Airport.
*We recommend you arrive at Green Nest by 6pm latest, as it will start to be dark and you are in a rural area.
**If you need help with transportation from the airport, just let us know and we will do our best to help you out.

Will there be an opportunity for some 1:1 coaching with Brian and Jodi?
Yes! We will be building in time where you can schedule a 1:1 coaching session during the retreat.

Will there time to relax?
Absolutely! There will be plenty of space and time for you to enjoy the retreat space, the outdoors or have a nap in your room. We'll have stations set up where you can enjoy some quiet activities, lounge, read or journal. All the sessions are optional. You create your own experience!
